Every session is 45 minutes. That's enough time to settle in, move through a few different spots, and let the natural moments happen without ever feeling rushed.

Wear something you'd happily be photographed in on an ordinary afternoon. Soft textures and warm, natural tones photograph beautifully; bringing one extra layer gives me a second look mid-session.
